The hotel location was great right on copacabana beach. i had booked an executive double room ocean view. i enjoyed that wonderful view every day. I could see sugarloaf and the ocean. the service was really amazing, as staff was very helpful and kind.
the rooftop pool was nice but it really needed a few more umbrellas. the lounge chair area lacked shade. i do recommend more shading be available.

i really enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink! the staff helped a lot. outside staff opened doors for ubers arriving and departing, that was attentive! the rooms are clean and cool. the breakfast is really good with fruits, juices, and even an omelette station!
the housekeeping staff used cupboards near my room late at night and early in the morning.

the front desk staff was very helpful, providing quick and efficient assistance with any requests i had during my stay, plus the staff was very attentive and available if i needed them. they definitely made the experience better. i was impressed!!!

The hotel location is quite close to the beach. Getting around was convenient, and I felt safe. The rooftop pool provided amazing views. Staff members were helpful (the team was always quick to assist).
The room service was not consistent. Rooms were not always made up even after a long delay.
